I didn't start in tech. I started in the trenches—helping local restaurants get more customers through the door.
Back in 2004, my journey began with graphic design, printing, and direct mail. At the time, that's what worked. But as the world shifted, I saw something most didn't: Marketing wasn't just changing—it was becoming fragmented.
Restaurants were being sold tools... Social media here, email there, loyalty somewhere else, online ordering on another platform. Nothing talked to each other. Nothing was built for real growth.
So I adapted. I moved into digital marketing, helping restaurants navigate Facebook, Google, websites, content, and advertising. And over the years, I got a front-row seat to a deeper problem:

But my mission goes deeper than technology.
Years ago, I experienced financial hardship firsthand. I was evicted. My family and I struggled to put food on the table. At one point, we slept in our car and spent nearly a year living in motels.
That season shaped me. I promised myself that if I ever built something meaningful, it would give back.
Through CravinGrub Cares™, we now donate one meal through Feeding America for every successful online order placed through our platform, fully funded by us.
